If for any reason you are not satisfied with GrimeFighters Cleaning Service, notify us by phone or email within 24 hours of services and we will:
- Give a complimentary re-cleaning service up to 1 hour to correct areas not satisfactorily cleaned or
- Give a partial credit toward your next cleaning
Service Agreement
Client expectations: Prior to our arrival, it is appreciated that all areas are tidied, and belongings, toys, and clothing are picked up. It is recommended that if your counters have plenty of clutter (i.e., lots of products in the bathrooms, knick-knacks, and other accumulative items, it would be helpful to utilize baskets to make it easier for us to clean around. If a countertop or tabletop is full of clutter, it will not be cleaned. To get under the beds, please make sure nothing is residing beneath there(food, garbage, clothing, toys, etc.). Please have the kitchen sink emptied of dishes prior to scheduled appointments or dishwasher dirty to load the dishes. We do not dust valuable items in enclosed shelving due to liability.

Cancellation: We are a small team and truly do understand that occasionally things happen that are out of our control(weather, sickness, school closures, etc.). We appreciate as much notice as possible to cancel an upcoming clean or to terminate service. We ask for 48-hour notice to cancel an upcoming clean and one week to fully terminate service. A lockout/no entry/no show cancellation fee will be charged $50 if no notice or communication occurs. If a client needs to change a cleaning day or time, we must be notified with a phone call, text, or email to our business office number 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment 360-213-9771/grimefighterstoday@yahoo.com. A client will be sent an electronic reminder by text to cell # provided 20 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Payment: You will be invoiced within a day of your clean and payment is due upon receipt of notice or at time of service completed. We accept electronic payment of Venmo or Cash app if cash or check is not left for pickup on a clean day. A $10 billing fee may apply if payment is not received at the time of service. A 10% finance charge will be added to unpaid balances over 10 days. Services will not resume until the account is paid up to date. Failure to bring the account up to date in a respectable timeframe may result in termination. A client will be billed an additional $35.00 per check for NSF (non-sufficient funds).
Fees: A walk-through is required to secure a rate. First-time/deep cleans are quoted on an estimate basis according to the condition and work involvement of the clean. Maintenance cleans are offered on a flat rate basis and may change according to any alterations or requests of the client or work added. Skipping regular cleaning scheduled appointments may cause an adjustment to your regular cleaning rate. Travel fees may incur for jobs outside of a 30-mile radius. We have the right to reevaluate the original estimate which is valid for 3 months. A timely reevaluation will be done in which prices may increase as supplies and product charges inflate.
Other: We make every effort not to break items, but accidents do happen. Identical replacement is always attempted but not guaranteed. We will be notified within 48 hours of service if damage has occurred. Although we take great caution when using any cleaning products, we are not responsible for damages caused by cleaning products or equipment provided by a client. We will not be held accountable for damages caused by faulty equipment/appliances owned by the client. We are not responsible for damage due to faulty and or improper installation of any item such as light fixtures; all surfaces (unsealed marble, granite, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without harm. We provide all our supplies, rags, vacuums, products, and equipment. A client can request the use of their own products if they choose.
GrimeFighters reserves the right to change the Service Agreement and reevaluate rates at any time.
We may cancel service at any time for any reason.
