If for any reason you are not satisfied with Spokane Cleaning Service, notify us by phone or email within 24 hours of services and we will:
- Give a complimentary re-cleaning service up to 1 hour to correct areas not satisfactorily cleaned or
- Give a partial credit toward your next cleaning
- There is NO term to this agreement.
- Client may provide a checklist of services.
- A 10% finance charge will be added to bills overdue by 30 days.
- A minimum of 24 hours is required for any changes or cancellations.
- Client will be charged a fee for not cancelling within less than 24 hour notice.
- Spokane Cleaning Service knows accidents do happen, and identical replacement is attempted but not guaranteed for broken items.
- Spokane Cleaning Service will not be held responsible for damages caused by use of cleaning products or equipment provided by customer.
- Spokane Cleaning Service must be notified within 48 hours of service if any damage is discovered.
- Spokane Cleaning Service is not held accountable for damage done by faulty equipment/appliances owned by customer.
- Spokane Cleaning Service reserves the right to change Service Agreement at any time.
- Spokane Cleaning Service reserves the right to cancel service at any time for any reason.
- Spokane Cleaning Service reserves the right to reevaluate service rates at any time.
- There is a $35 fee per check for Non Sufficient funds.
- If customer is not satisfied, Spokane Cleaning Service must be notified within 24 hours.
